Our Process
Our Transparent Process For Your Dream Home
01 Consultation
We’ll send you a questionnaire to find out more about your project and brief, in-depth information about Tegh Construction. If your project aligns, we’ll arrange a phone call to discuss your project in detail and determine if it’s a great fit.
02 Site Visit
After our initial conversion, we will schedule a time for an on-site visit for our auckland builders to analyse and give advice and pointers on your ideas, requirements and house plan
03 Prepare Quote
From the meetings, your concept designs and cost estimates are prepared and presented to you. Several revisions and meetings may be required before we start working on drawing
04 Contract Acceptance
As detailed in the addendum to the specification, your selections have been formally documented. The comprehensive process of preparing, presenting, and finalising your working drawings, including all necessary revisions and approvals, has now been concluded.
05 The Build Start
We’ll give you a fixed-price contract to approve. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll sign all the documents (building contract, drawings, specification addendum, and guarantees) and then apply for building consent (and resource consent, if needed).
06 Handover
Upon completion, your new home will be professionally cleaned, quality-checked, and approved by the council. We’ll then walk you through the home with the Project Manager. Afterwards, we’ll present you with the keys and a comprehensive homeowner information pack, including warranties.
